[Linux] InputSystem's Mouse delta values do not change when the Cursor lockState is set to Locked
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (1248389.zip)
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Select the "Main Camera" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Press the "L" key on the keyboard to lock the cursor
5. Move the mouse and observe the "Mouse Delta" X and Y values in the Inspector under the "Test" script
Expected result: The X and Y values change as long as the mouse is moving
Actual result: The X and Y values always show 0
Reproducible with: 2019.3.15f1 (0.2.10), 2020.1.0b10, 2020.2.0a12 (1.0.0)
Could not test with: 2017.4.40f1 (Doesn't have a Package Manager), 2018.4.23f1 (Doesn't have an InputSystem package), 2019.3.15f1 (0.2.8) (InputSystem doesn't work due to missing "PlayerLoop" namespace)
Notes:
1. Tested on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.04
2. Doesn't reproduce on Windows 10
3. Doesn't reproduce on the Linux Player, only the Editor
4. Doesn't reproduce using the old Input system

Yes upgrading to 2021.x solves this but yeah would be super helpful to have in the 2020 LTS releases as bitpixel says.

+1 on this, also happens on 2020.1.8f1. Are there any updates on this? I opened a similar issue on this one 2 months ago and was directed to this with the state "fix in review", but now it's back to Active?
