When hovering over the tile palette, the mouse also hovers over the scene window.
To repro:
- download project
- open tile palette window if it's not open already
- ensure both the tile palette and the scene are in view
- hover over the tilemap window and notice the mouse will hover over the tiles in the tilemap in the scene view as well
