[Linux editor] tooltip items get overdrawn by new tooltips
-e: see title, making you to move the mouse away and back again to make it show correctly
-repro:
--create new project
--open sample scene
--select the directional light
--hover mouse over Indirect Multiplier in the inspector
--move mouse to the item above
--NOTICE the tooltips getting overdrawn
