[Linux editor] HDRP Template fails with error spam
-e: the error is:
--Assertion failed on expression: 'rng.baseMipLevel < rng.levelCount'
-no errors on Windows or OSX with 2018.3.0a11, no errors on 2018.2.5 on Linux
-no errors when using an empty non-template project and just importing the HDRP package
-repro:
--start Linux editor
--open attached project (just an empty HD template project)
--NOTICE the error being spammed in the console and the editor almost freezing
