[Linux] Editor freezes while Bug Reporter Window is opened manually
To reproduce:
1) Create new project
2) Open Bug Reporter Window
You cannot interact with Editor at all while the Bug Reporter is open. Once you close it, Editor becomes responsive again
Reproduced in 2018.1.5f1, 2018.2.9f1
Not reproduced in Windows 10
