[Linux] Editor crashes using OpenSSL when trying to access SSL_CTX_load_verify_locations
How to reproduce:
1. Download, extract and open user's attached project ('unity-openssl-crash-linux-master.zip')
2. Attach 'Test.cs' to any game object
3. Enter play mode
-- observe the crash
Reproducible in: 2017.4.21f1 2018.3.6f1, 2019.1.0b4, 2019.2.0a6
