[Linux][Editor] Color picker does not work
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Choose Directional Light in the Hierarchy window
3. In the Inspector window, use the color picker
4. Click on the color and call out the color window, use the color picker
Expected result:
1. For the Inspector, the color changes as the mouse cursor moves around
2. For the "Color" menu, the interface shows the area the mouse cursor is in
Actual result: Neither color picker (in the Inspector window or in the "Color" menu) works
Reproducible with: , 2019.3.0a8, 2019.3.15f1, 2019.4.5f1, 2020.1,0a1, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.3.0a7, 2019.3.14f1
Notes:
1. Tested on Ubuntu 18.04 and Windows 10 (Doesn't reproduce)
2. When display scaling is set to 200% the color picker is sampling a location of the screen other than the one the mouse cursor is in

Happens in 2022.2.1f1 also. In my case, trying to use the color picker freezes the editor.

I also encountered this Bug in 2020.3.7 LTS Release of Unity in Linux. Does 2021.1 has this issue too?
