[Linux Editor] "Back to Service" link flickers on Service window.
In Service window, after the user picked a specific area to show, a "Back to Service" link appears on the top of the window. However, it flickers and whole window layout shifts with it, making it very difficult to click on.
Repro:
1. Launch Unity with a new or existing project.
2. Open Service window (ctrl + 0)
3. Click on any section in the Service window.
4. Observe the link on the top.
OS: Ubuntu 18.04
