[Linux] Crash when clicking on "Retry" while opening a project with an invalid package dependency
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “CrashRepro” project
2. When the “Unity Package Manager Error” appears, click Retry
3. When the “Fatal Error!” modal window with the text “GetManagerFromContext: pointer to object of manager 'MonoManager' is NULL (table index 5)” appears, click Quit
Expected result: Unity Editor retries opening the project every time when clicking Retry
Actual result: “Fatal Error” window appears and Unity Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.0a21, 2023.1.9f1, 2023.2.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2023.1.0a20
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 23.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
Note: No crash stack trace is in Editor.log
