AngryAnt May 13, 2020 11:17 Reproduced and worked around. System:
 AMD Threadripper 3960X
 AMD 5700XT
 AMD RX590
 64G quad channel RAM
 Ubuntu 20.04
 AMD ROCmWorkaround:
Uninstalled ROCm.Obviously installing and uninstalling ROCm as I need to run the Unity editor is not a viable permanent workaround. You need to fix your compatibility here.
