LineRenderer is not showing when it is drawn parallel to X or Y Local axis and Alignment is "Local" or "TransformZ"
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project ("LineRendererBug.zip")
2. Open Scene called "LineRendererBug"
3. Press play and observe Lines created with LineRenderers in the Scene
Expected result: In the Scene, every LineRenderer is visible
Actual result: LineRenderer, which is drawn along X or Y Local axis and Alignment is "Local" or "TransformZ", is not shown
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0a4, 2018.1.0b11, 2017.3.1p4, 2017.2.2p1, 2017.1.3p2, 5.6.5p2, 5.6.0b6
Not reproducible with: 5.6.0b5, 5.6.0a1
