[Lightweight Render Pipeline]Icon of Light Type in 2D Lighting is distorted
Edge of the icon of Light Type in 2D Lighting has an improper white line
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Attached project
2. Select Hierarchy > Freeform Light 2D > Inspector > Light2D > LightType
Expected Result: Icon of the Light Type should be proper
Actual Result: Edge of the icon of Light Type in 2D Lighting have an improper white line
Reproducible on: 2019.3.0b3, 2019.3.0b1, 2019.3.0a1
Working fine on: 2020.1.0a4, 2019.2.1f1
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
