[Visualization] Lightmap Resolution scene visualization mode doesn't work with zbiasing
To reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Import zbias-repro
3. Open network view
4. Switch to UV charts
5. Notice that ZBiasedPlane is rendered below the Floorplane thus not visible
