Lightmap packing no longer packs the islands in the order of biggest to smallest resulting in a worse packing
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “LightmapPacker“ project
2. Open the “Test“ scene
3. In the Lighting window “Generate Lighting“
4. Observe the Baked Lightmap
Expected result: No wasted space in the Baked Lightmap
Actual result: Bad island placement, wasted space in the Baked Lightmap
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a4, 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0b4, 6000.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.48f1, 2022.3.57f1, 2023.3.0a3
Reproducible environment: macOS 15.2 (M4 Max), Windows 10 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible environment: No other environment tested
