Lighting window Skybox Material field is not updated immediately after dragging a Skybox asset into Scene window
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Lighting window
3. Drag a SkyBox asset into the scene window (notice how the Skybox Material field does not change)
Reproducible with: 2017.4.27f1(doesn't change even when hovering over Lighting tab), 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.2f1, 2019.2.0b2, 2019.3.0a2
Expected results: Skybox Material field in the Lighting Window is updated immediately
Actual results: Skybox Material field in the Lighting Window is not updated and only updates after mousing over the Lighting Window

Related issue, you cant clear the skybox field or reassign it a new skybox.
