Lighting render issues when using Metal on macOS with iOS build target
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "MacMetalIssue.zip" project
2. Open the "Sample Scene" scene
3. Make sure that iOS build target is selected in the build settings
4. Make sure that AMD graphics card is being used. Go to Unity->Settings->General->Device To Use and Select AMD Radeon GPU. The bug did not repro when selecting Intel. It also does not repro on Apple Silicon
5. Observe the Scene view window

Actual result: Lightning is not rendered correctly
Reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a3
