Lighting is cast from all LoD groups when using Progressive GPU Lightmapper
How to reproduce:

2. See how the light is cast on the wall
Expected result: only red color is cast
Actual result: red, blue and green colors are cast
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0b3, 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a2, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a1
