Lighting in WebGL build is darker than in Unity Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "RallyPoint2 - 2021.2.zip" project
2. Go to File > Build And Run
3. In the WebGL build click the "PLAY" button, select "track1" and then select the red car on the left
4. Observe the lighting in the Scene
Expected result: The lighting in the Scene is the same as in the Unity Editor
Actual result: The lighting in the Scene is darker than in the Unity Editor
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0a21, 2022.1.0a5, 2022.1.0a9
