Light Probe Proxy Volume doesn't render correctly when Bounding Box Mode is Automatic World
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “HDRP_LPPV_Bug” project
2. Open “OutdoorsScene” scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Game view while moving the “Main Camera” GameObject in Scene view
Expected result: Shadows are being cast correctly
Actual result: Shadows are being cast relative to the camera position
Reproducible with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a24
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.2 (Intel)
Note: The issue is reproducible in an Editor and in a build
