Light movement and artifacts when multiple vertex lights are interacting
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “bug-lighting-2021.3-latest“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“ scene
3. Enter Play Mode or Build And Run
4. Observe the top section of the sphere that is lit only by the blue light
Expected result: The blue light is not moving
Actual result: The blue light is moving
