Regression

Yes

Light is not visible when Rendering Path is set to 'Deferred' and Shadowmask is used

-

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-88894.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Click on ‘Toggle issue’ in the Game view
5. Observe the light on the Cube in the Game view

Expected result: Shadow and light are visible on the cube
Actual result: Only shadow is visible on the cube and no light

Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a2, 6000.0.27f1, 6000.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.53f1, 2023.2.0a23, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.1.0b1

Reproducible on: Windows 10 (User reported), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Notes:
- Pressing ‘Untoggle issue’ shows the expected result (Which is toggling a Camera that uses 'Forward+' Rendering Path)
- Downgrading and Upgrading the project sometimes makes the issue not reproduce anymore, therefore regression point could be inaccurate

Ok ignore my last comment where I've said the issue hasn't been fixed in 6.1.0b15, I had urp saved as custom package hence the issue was still there from a previous URP version. My bad, I apologise!

I have just imported my project in Unity 6000.1.0b15, this issue is still there.

You've marked it as "Fixed in 6000.1.0a9". Did you fix it in 6000.1.0a9 and not onward? Like the beta?

    What's going on guys?

Guys seriously this was not fixed a few months later for the 6000.0 LTS?

I can see you are focusing on HDRP mostly but what about the Unity users who use URP? How is it acceptable to not have lighting in Shadowmask in URP a few months later after this report?

We have to wait a few more months until 6000.1 comes? This is really unacceptable.
