Light flickers when shadow is falling on character
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Walk to shadow as seen on ReproVid
5. Observe the light that is falling on the Character
Expected result: Light is stable and realistic
Actual result: Light is flickering
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.6f1, 2023.2.0b2
Reproduces on: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Note:
- Project seems to be crashing quite often
