Light Cookie stops working at certain angles when using a Spot Light
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "1354575.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Disable "CM vcam2" GameObject
5. Observe the lighting in the Scene
Expected result: The lighting on the left GameObject stays the same
Actual result: The lighting on the left GameObject becomes brighter
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a6)
Could not test with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.19f1 (Light Cookie support available from 2021.2 with Universal RP 12.0.0)
