Letters written in TextArea and InputField are always capitalized on WP8.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Build and run it on WP8.1 device
3. Start typing into one of the text input areas. Every letter will be capitalized.
Reproducible only as a WP8.1 Application
