LensFlare is at the wrong position when built in WebGL
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “LensFlareBug” project
2. Open the “LensFlareBugScene” Scene
3. Notice the pink LensFlare position
4. Build And Run (WebGL)
Expected result: The LensFlare is at the same position as in the Editor
Actual result: The LensFlare is mirrored to the left side
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b10
Could not test with: 2020.3.40f1 (Package errors), 2021.3.11f1 (Console errors), 2022.1.18f1 (Build error), 2023.1.0a13 (The LensFlare is not visible)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.5.1 (Intel)
