Lens flare (SRP) has an incorrect horizontal position in the URP VR XR
Reproduction steps:
Open the user's attached project
Enter Play Mode
Expected result: Each eye receives the same position
Actual result: Each eye receives a different offset
Reproduced with: 2021.3.8f1, 2021.3.9f1, 2022.1.15f1, 2022.2.0a16
Not reproduced with: 2022.2.0a17, 2022.2.0b7, 2023.1.0a10
Could not test with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.7f1 (can't test previous ones as lens flare had an overhaul)
Reproducible on: Windows 11

Resolution Note:
This issue have been fixed on 22.X and above a by an unknow PR, there is a request to fix in 21.3 but we don't have resources for investigation in this work given we don't know what have fixed it in more recent version. We will close this issue as won't fix. If it is really a major issue, please re-open
