ld: framework not found FBLPromises error when building Xcode
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project
2. Build the project for iOS
3. Open the Xcode project
4. Deploy the project to iOS
5. Observe the Xcode window
Expected results: Build succeeds with no errors
Actual result: Build fails with "ld: framework not found FBLPromises
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)" errors
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.10f1, 2023.1.0b7, 2023.2.0a5
