[LayoutGroup] Size of layout group is calculated in a strange way
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "1"
3. In hierarchy, expand "Canvas/HorizontalLayoutGroup/LeftVerticalGroup"
4. Add "Item" prefab as a child of "LeftVerticalGroup" and notice that its width is resized. Formula by which it gets resized is (Item.MinWidth/2) - 5px
Although Min Width of item is 200, it still resizes Layout group which has width equal to 285.
