Layout Groups with ContentSizeFitters are not resizing if Input Field component is located in a Parent Object
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Look at the game view
3. Enable and disable "input field objects"
Expected result: both panels get properly resized
Actual result: the panel that has Input field script on an object Higher in the hierarchy, does not get resized
Reproduced on: 5.5.0p1, 5.6.0b1
Not reproduced on 5.4.3p3
Bug first appears in 5.5.b11
Notes:
-5.4- 5.5.0b10 do not have "Child Control Size" and thus cannot reproduce the bug
-the difference between panels is that the working one has "Input Field script" on the InputField Objects, while the not working one has it on it's parent, "Child Layout Group"
-this can be returned to normal by moving the Input Field script back to InputField Objects
-the image and it's rectTransform are still where they should be

We have found similar issues regarding the introduction of "Control Child Size" AKA "Child Control Size" in 5.5. However we find the issues run far deeper effecting not only input fields. As far as we have found is that these are breaking changes for our project. Downgraded to 5.4.
