LayerMask.NameToLayer shows different values in the inspector
To reproduce:
1. Open QA's attached project
2. Select Main Camera and open the script attached to it
3. Play the scene and take a look at the Inspector
Expected result: Layer Masks have their names set according to the script
Actual result: Layer Mask names are set according to what seems to be a fixed pattern
Reproduced with: 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.2p1, 2017.3.2f1, 2018.1.0b11, 2018.2.0a4
