Layer names in the Light Batching Debugger window do no update unless the window is restarted or a new layer is added when renaming existing layers
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 2D template
- Open the Light Batching Debugger window (Window > 2D > Light Batching Debugger)
- Dock the Light Batching Debugger window
- Click on the "Global Light 2D" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
- Click the Layer dropdown in the Inspector window and select "Add Layer..."
- Expand the Sorting Layers foldout
- Add a new Sorting Layer by pressing the "+" button
- Rename the newly added Sorting Layer to "asd"
- Observe the Light Batching Debugger window
Actual results: The Light Batching Debugger window is still showing "New Layer 1" Layer
Expected results: The Light Batching Debugger window shows "asd" Layer
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.70f1, 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a8
