[Launcher] License management text isn't on a single line for a new user
License management sub-text isn't on a single line when the user survey is part of the launch flow. As a result, the user is unable to launch editor if he's using new id.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new unity account or reset an account so that survey will be part of editor launch flow
2. Sign-In using the created account
Actual Result:
1. Observe that the subtitle under "License Management" is not coming in one straight line
2. The user can scroll the window to select Version options. Unity Personal option is only partially visible
3. Next option to proceed ahead is not visible
