Kinematic Rigidbody2D velocities are not applied
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project (Rigidbody2017.2)
2. Play the scene
3. Notice that velocity is not applied
Expected result: Kinematic Rigidbody2D velocities should be applied when the "Simulated" box is checked
Actual result: Kinematic Rigidbody2D velocities are not applied when the "Simulated" box is checked
