Kinematic rigidbody collisions are not updated when it is instantiated as a child
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Open scene "Runtime (Bug)" scene
3. Play the scene
Expected result: Falling green cube pushes a sphere that is below it
Actual result: Falling green cube goes straight through the sphere
Reproducible with: 2017.2.0a4, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0f3, 2018.1.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.0a3,
Regression introduced in 2017.2.0a4
