Items don't have the drag handle when a Listview is set to "reorderable = true"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "LvReorderableIssues"
2. Click SSCCE > Demo Window
Expected result: the items have a drag handle
Actual result: the items do not have a drag handle
Reproducible with: 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.10f1, 2023.1.0b7, 2023.2.0a5
Could not test with: 2020.3.46f1 (Listview items aren't shown)
Reproducible on: macOS 12.4 (Intel), Windows 10 (user's)
Note: In DemoWindow.cs, uncomment line 39 to use Animated reoderMode which will yield the expected result
