Item selection is offset below when UIToolkit ListView is set to dynamic height mode
How to reproduce:
# Open the attached project "UIToolkitListViewIssue-2023.1.zip"
# Open Window>Scene Explorer
# Click on "SampleScene 50 (Assets\Scenes)" in the Scene Explorer window
Expected results: "SampleScene 50 (Assets\Scenes)" is selected
Actual results: "SampleScene 51 (Assets\Scenes)" is selected
Reproducible with: 2022.2.3f1, 2022.2.5f1, 2023.1.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.17f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.2f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.44f1 (compilation errors in the Console window)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
