It is not possible to navigate to the "Build" button in the Build Profiles window when using the Tab key
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Open the Build Profiles window (File → Build Profiles)
3. Press the Tab key repeatedly to navigate through the different buttons in the Build Profiles window
4. Observe the result
Expected result: It is possible to reach the "Build" button
Actual result: The selection skips past the "Build" button
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.55f1, 6000.2.0f1, 6000.3.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 11, MacOS 15.5
