"Issue Encountered" field is ignored in Unity Hub Bug Reporter
To reproduce:
Make a bug report, making sure that Issue Encountered and What Happened fields are filled and different
Expected result: "Issue Encountered" is used as a title for the bug report
Actual result: "Issue Encountered" field is ignored and not used anywhere in FogBugz, and the first line of "What Happened?" is used instead as a title
Tested with Unity Hub 1.1.0, 3.2.1
