[iOS10] Cleared strings are not removed from memory
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached '948745test' project.
2. Build and run this project to a device.
3. Open memory profiler.
4. Click '1. Read OBJ' in the application.
5. Click 'Clear' several times.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 a few times.
7. Check the memory profiler (Screenshots for iOS 8,9,10,11 attached).
- Memory usage builds up with time until application crashes.

Not reproducible with:
iPhone 6 Plus iOS 8.0
