[iOS] Unable to combine the last input character in Text Input Field when character limit exists
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "TestInputField.zip" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Type in "랄랄랄랄랄랄랄"
Expected result: The last input character is fully combined
Actual result: The last input character is not combined
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10
Reproducible with: iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1)
