[iOS] UI elements are invisible on iOS devices when using AdditionalUIRenderer
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "IOS_UI_Render.zip" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
Expected result: The UI elements are visible on your device
Actual result: The UI elements are not visible
Reproducible with: 2019.4.25f1, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a14
Could not test with: 2018.4 (Project breaks when downgrading, missing assets/scripts/console errors)
Reproduced with: iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1),
iPhone 6S (iOS 13.3.1)
Not reproducible with Android devices
