[iOS] TouchScreenKeyboard.selection is ignored
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "TouchscreenKeyboardSelection.zip" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Press the button in the middle of the device
Expected result: A keyboard opens up, with all of the text selected
Actual result: A keyboard opens up with no text selected
Reproducible with: 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.4f1, 2022.1.0a15
Reproduced with: iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1)
