[iOS] Touch.rawPosition changes position when touch is dragged
How to reproduce:
1. Open project “raw-pos-bug-demo.zip“
2. Build the project to iOS and deploy it to a device
3. In the app touch the screen and move your finger
4. Observe the text
Expected result: Raw position doesn’t change as touch moves
Actual result: Raw position changes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.5f1, 2022.1.7f1, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a1
