[iOS] “Screen.safeArea” reports wrong values when the “Show Splash Screen” setting is disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Build And Run the user’s attached “Safe Area Bug.zip” project on an iOS device
2. Observe the logs in Xcode
Expected result: Safe area is logged two times (x:0.00, y:0.00, width:750.00, height:1284.00) and (x:0.00, y:0.00, width:750.00, height:1331.00)
Actual result: Safe area is logged one time (x:0.00, y:0.00, width:750.00, height:1331.00)
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.8f1, 2023.2.0b4

Resolution Note:
These values of safe area are correct and they are provided from iOS. It's not exactly as expected as this is happens when user selects "Display Zoom" value in iPhone settings to Zoomed.
