[Mobile] Stencil buffer on RenderTexture doesn't work on A7 and newer devices

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download "Stencil.zip"
2. Build the test scene
3. Observe the cuboid gameobject in the scene

Expected results: cuboid is obscured by the texture in from of him, the texture is colored gray
Actual results: cuboid is obscured by the texture in front of him, the texture is colored white

Versions 5.5.3p3, 5.6.0p1, 2017.1.0b6 results:
Reproduced on devices: iPad Mini 2 (A7, iOS 9.2.1) iPad Mini 4 (A8, iOS 9.3.2) (only with Metal graphics API)
Did not reproduce on devices: iPhone 5 (A6, iOS 9.3.5)
Version 2017.2.0a2 result:
Reproduced with devices: iPhone 5 (A6, iOS 9.3.5), iPad Mini 2 (A7, iOS 9.2.1) iPad Mini 4 (A8, iOS 9.3.2) (on both Metal and OpenGLES2 graphics API), LG Nexus 5X (Android 7.1.2) (OpenGLES2)

Note: no repro on editor, except in version 2017.2.
