[iOS] iPad splash screen uses the previous build's splash screen
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build to iOS
3. Run on an appropriate device
4. Change the splash screen for iPad
5. Build it again and run on the same device
Notice that the splash screen is the one from the first build, but then it fades to the correct one. (see attached video)
Reproduced on: 5.1.4f1, 5.3.5p8, 5.5.0b4
Reproduced on: iPad Mini 2 (iOS 9.2.1), iPad 2 (iOS 8.1.3)
Not reproduced on:iPad Air 2 (iOS 9.3)

Delete your app on the iDevice, then build.
iOS caches previous splash screens / launch screens.
