[iOS] Input is not registered when using "Both" configuration as the input configuration
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "arfoundation-samples.zip" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Attempt pressing any button
Expected result: input is registered
Actual result: input is not registered
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a1, 2022.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2019.4, 2020.3, 2021.2, 2022.1
Reproduced with: iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1), iPhone 6S (iOS 13.3.1)
