[iOS][GLES3] Mip-chain errors are thrown in glDrawElements when drawing Unity Splash Screen/UI on iOS when using OpenGLES3
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (ui_mipmap_test.zip)
2. Make sure iOS graphics API is set to OpenGLES3 (should be set by default)
3. Build the project to iOS
4. Build and run the Xcode project on a device
5. When the splash screen is displayed, capture GPU frame using Xcode
6. Notice the following errors are thrown in glDrawElements each time any UI element/Unity splash screen is drawn:
> Mipmapping enabled without a complete mip-chain
> Mip-chain has inconsistent internal formats
Note: Does not reproduce with OpenGLES2 graphics API.
