[iOS] Built has graphical artifacts when using HDR Color Grading PostProcessing effect
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build for iOS and deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
Actual: Color Grading PostProcessing effect causes graphical artifacts (check the screenshot attached)
Reproduced with:
2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a1
iPhone 5S (iOS 9.33) (not reproducible with: 2018.3.3f1)
iPhone 6S Plus (iOS 11.4.1)
iPhone 8 Plus (iOS 11.0) (not reproducible with: 2018.3.3f1)
iPhone XS Max (iOS 12.0) (not reproducible with: 2018.3.3f1)
iPad Pro 10.5" (iOS 10.3.3) (not reproducible with: 2018.3.3f1)
Note: User says that in 2018.2 the issue is not present, but I could not test it because of the errors
Could not test on Android because errors are thrown

we added warning to postprocessing package about using it with non-fullscreen camera and builtin render pipeline
if i understood correctly it should be out in Postprocessing 2.1.8
