[iOS] Building with append doesn't work if project contains native plugins
To Reproduce:
1. Build the attached project.
2. Build it again with append.
3. Observe the "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object [..]" error (same as in initial report).
5.1.x only, not reproducible with trunk
